The Construction Manager Role
The Site
A rapidly-expanding High Street electronics retailer were moving their headquarters (including their central distribution warehouse) to new, larger, premises in South Yorkshire.
The Problem.
Whilst the shell of the main office block was already in-place, extension modifications were required so that the layout would suit the clients needs. This included the installation of raised flooring, partitioning & additional air-conditioning; together with associated cabling to floorboxes for power and telecoms points.
The Solution.
Diamond provided an on-site presence in the form of a Construction Manager; overseeing the smooth-running of the site.
The Outcome.
The project was delivered om-time, on-budget and with no major hiccups.
